Slow Flow with Mara from 6:30pm - 7:30pm
Join Mara Mordini for Slow Flow from 6:30pm - 7:30pm on Tuesdays. Slow Flow is a blend of all-levels asana, pranayama and meditation. This is an integrated practiced leading to a brief meditation at the end of class. This class will warm the body through steady vinyasa, settle the mind through breathe and restorative poses and lead into a restful savasana. This class is a great addition for students who typically enjoy our gentle flow or restorative classes, but want just a bit more challenge, too.
Fire Flow with Beth from 7:35pm - 8:35pm
Fire Flow with Beth Funk is a great way to take your Tuesday up a notch. This challenging and athletic vinyasa class is designed to increase strength, flexibility, and endurance. This class is a level 1.5-2.0 intermediate level class and not recommended for beginners.
